Therapy is an act of intelligence and courage and I feel privileged to witness your transformation.<\/p>

I'm Ioana, a clinical psychologist and integrative psychotherapist, registered with the Romanian College of Psychologists (regulatory body COPSI).<\/p>

Over the years, my work has brought me into many heartfelt encounters with people from all corners of the world through the therapeutic process. I deeply value working with individuals from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, and I see the diversity of my clients as a true source of spiritual abundance.<\/p>

In my therapeutic work, I integrate my experience and the theoretical foundations of psychology and neuroscience with my integrative training, which includes elements of psychodrama, hypnotherapy, somatic approaches that emphasise connection with the body, work with the unconscious, trauma reprocessing and mindfulness.<\/p>

I strongly believe that human relationships are among the most healing forces in our lives. I value practicality, humour, community, joy, critical thinking and honesty; but above all I truly believe in the Divine spark within each of us.<\/p>

I love a good cup of tea, especially after a long sunny mountain hike. My happy place is usually somewhere between a good book and the joy of dancing. I have a soft spot for chocolate, cats, flowers, French cinema and summer swims.<\/p>
